By creating an account or using the tradecars247 app or website, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or over and a UK resident to list vehicles.

Listings must be accurate, lawful and relate to a real vehicle the seller is entitled to sell. Misleading, duplicate or off-platform listings may be removed without notice.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listing, the legal status of the vehicle (HPI, finance, ownership) and for responding to genuine buyer enquiries in a reasonable time.

Buyers should carry out their own checks before purchasing — including viewing the vehicle, verifying documents and running an HPI check where appropriate.

tradecars247 is free to list and browse. Optional paid upgrades are available to sellers who want extra visibility. All payments are processed securely via our payment provider.

Boost Visibility lifts your listing higher in the swipe feed for a set period. Boosts are non-refundable once activated and do not guarantee a sale.

Hot Pick placements feature your listing in priority slots seen by more buyers. Slots are limited and allocated on a first-come basis. Subject to fair-use limits.

Sellers and dealers can purchase extra card slots to list more vehicles at the same time. Extra slots remain active for the duration purchased.

Listings reported by users are reviewed by the tradecars247 admin team. We may remove listings, restrict accounts or report activity to the relevant authorities where needed.

tradecars247 facilitates connections between buyers and sellers. Transactions, payments and vehicle handover happen directly between the parties. We are not party to the sale and accept no liability for the condition or legal status of any vehicle listed.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use of tradecars247 after changes means you accept the new terms.
